Ive been on the phone with Citrix and synoptick and no one seems to be able to figure it out. This is a new thread that continues the support issue noted in the previous thread ( ).
You should be able to find crash logs at following location. Up until then I have been able to work from home with no problems but now I cant without having to force quit Citrix tens of times. Cotrix Receiver Sierra Update So ThatCan someone from Citrix support staff give us an update so that we know that this is actually being looked into I am sure you are all very busy, but the silence is frustrating for users who are having these problems with seemingly no solution or workarounds in sight. ![]() ![]() I originally experienced the problem under Receiver 12.2.0 so upgraded to 12.6.0 but the problem persists. I also work remotely and this is causing me an incredible amount of inconvenience. I work from home and the support I get from the company I work for is not great, so relying on you guys. This is a process in the background which is installed as part of the Chart Installer for Navionics Boating Charts. After Killing the process after every restart through the activity monitor Citrix Viewer runs stable without any further crashes or hangers. I uninstalled the Chart Installer now and hope that there will be no more hangers. ![]() I connect, and within 30-60 seconds application is not responsive and a Force Quit is required. Ive been able to make it work by using Citrix through Windows on VMWare. As that works, Ill have to go ahead and put in a request for a Windows machine at work - a ridiculous workaround. Im using it on an iMac desktop version macOS Sierra 10.12.6. I am having an issue where, when I print an invoice from Citrix successware, the customers signatures in the work authorized and work approved boxes are blacked out and completely not visible. If there is a signature in that box, the entire box is filled in with black ink. Anyone else have this issue If we print an invoice from a windows computer the signatures show up fine, its only on the Mac.
